I really appreciate how the riffage in these two tracks are as memorable as black metal's more "stage friendly" outfits, but due to the unrelenting quality of it's delivery and the cavernous production, it ends up sounding utterly enigmatic and unwholesome. If you want raw black metal with a grotesquely autochthonous vibe, then this might be the release for you. Ben Harris
Absolutely harrowing, howling, hurting raw black metal. The mind battering you get when you really focus on what is happening in Interment II is just spectacular.
The record that got me into Mnima, and it unveils a whole incredible wealth of foul but immensely beautiful blackness. PaulTheOwl/Ripper/MxBv
